I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science. Before joining Ohio State, I was an Associate Professor of political methodology at Texas A&M University and have taught short courses on research methods at ICSPR, Essex Summer School, GESIS, and WUSTL. I received my Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. My research primarily addresses empirical challenges to inference in the analysis of political violence, including outcome interdependence, measurement error, and limited data.
