Join us for Lunches with Leaders, a professional exploration series in Autumn 2024 featuring Ohio State alumni who are leaders in their professional field. Related to the “Careers in Political Science” course, these lunches are open to any interested Arts and Sciences student (enrollment in Political Science 3950 is not required to sign up).
This series is an excellent opportunity to sit down and talk with some of Ohio State's most accomplished alumni. Advance sign-up is required for this event - if the sign-up list is full please add your name to the waitlist.

Friday, Sept 13, 2024, 11:30am - 12:30pm, Yosef Schiff, Assistant Division Counsel with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions. Yosef is a 2010 Ohio State alum with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy.
Friday, Sept 20, 2024, 11:30am - 12:30pm, Andrew Holbrook, Chief Accessibility Officer and Senior VP at Wells Fargo. Andrew is a 2005 Ohio State alum with a PhD in Political Science and was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of New Orleans.
Thursday, Sept 26, 2024, 11:30am - 12:30pm, Carter Phillips, immediate former Chair of the Executive Committee for the global law firm Sidley Austin LLP. Carter is a 1973 Ohio State alum with a B.A. in Political Science. His 87 total arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court are the most of any lawyer while in private practice.

Judge McMahon graduated from Ohio State in 1973 with her bachelor's in Political Science before earning her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Gilkerson and Ms. Mathews each received their B.A. in Political Science from Ohio State in 1987 and 1988 respectively before they both earned their J.D. from Yale Law. Together they established the Mathews and Gilkerson Buckeyes Care Scholarship Fund and the Mathews and Gilkerson Fund for American Political Transformation at Ohio State.
