Haoming Xiong is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at the Ohio State University, specializing in international relations and political methodology. His research focuses on international security, international order, and Chinese foreign policy. His work has been published in International Organization and the American Journal of Political Science.

Haoming is currently a Presidential Fellow at Ohio State, and a 2024–2025 Hans J. Morgenthau Fellow at the Notre Dame International Security Center. He is also a member of the Modeling Emergent Social Order (MESO) Lab at Ohio State.
