Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Three Political Science graduates awarded Fulbright grants

Three 2015 graduates of the Department of Political Science have been named recipients of Fulbright U.S. Student grants. 

Ilhan Dahir, a political science and English double major, has an English Teaching Assistantship in Turkey. Ilhan also recently received the Rhodes Scholarship

Ryan Hedrick, a political science and linguistics double major, has an English Teaching Assistantship in the Slovak Republic. 

Daniel Petrick, a political science major, has an English Teaching Assistantship in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

 

In addition, The Ohio State University has been named a top producer of Fulbright Students for 2015-2016. Twelve Ohio State students were awarded the prestigious national grant, and eleven of those students came the College of Arts and Sciences.
