Mock Trial at Ohio State recently participated in the American Mock Trial Association National Championship Tournament and achieved remarkable success. 

Each year, the American Mock Trial Association starts with 700-800 teams in contention that narrow down through a playoff-style tournament series. After months of rigorous preparation, dedication, and teamwork, OSU's team advanced through multiple rounds and placed third in the country. 

This is the best finish in Ohio State Mock Trial history!

Mock Trial President, Jonathan Hubbard, shared that through Mock Trial and the support of the Political Science Department, team members have grown significantly in their abilities to articulate arguments, understand legal procedures, and work collaboratively under pressure. These experiences are not only enhancing their academic journey but also preparing students for future careers in law, public service, and various other fields.
