The talk will end with students getting the opportunity to ask questions. Kennedy School of Government where she concentrated in International and Global Affairs and earned a Certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and International Studies from The Ohio State University. She previously worked as a consultant in Deloitte’s Public Sector practice where she supported with a number of civilian and defense clients on strategy development and crisis management. She has experience in Democratic politics, including speech-writing in the Obama administration and constituent support for Senators Gillibrand and Brown.  Andrea Blinkhorn is currently a member of FIS’ Government Relations team leading U.S. federal relations and financial inclusion work. Prior to this role, she was a Project Manager with REDI Cincinnati, a leading economic development organization, where she regularly supported companies interested in relocating to southwest Ohio.” Matt Kaido Matthew Kaido is from Zanesville, Ohio and is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Political Science, focusing on International Relations and American Politics. Matthew was a part of the Collegiate Council on World Affairs at OSU, serving as Conference Director, Outreach Chair, and competing on OSU's competitive Model UN team. He worked as a Staff Assistant to former Congressman Pat Tiberi, who represented his home congressional district. Matthew was a Policy Analyst for the U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee, working on issues related to international trade, tax, and terrorism financing. Matthew served as a Legislative Liaison for Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, helping pass state legislation on election cybersecurity and domestic violence prevention, and worked Election Day operations for Ohio through the 2020 Presidential Election. He also has experience in the non-profit sector as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, a community foundation serving Ohio's 32 Appalachian counties and as a volunteer with Community Refugee & Immigration Services, a non-profit that serves the refugee and immigrant populations in Central Ohio.” Zoom Department of Political Science polisci@osu.edu America/New_York public

Matt Kaido

Matthew Kaido
