The purpose of this event is two-fold. One is to enhance the global perspective toward emerging market and the other is to help students at OSU Community expand their professional network. Through three professional speakers discussing three different topics (Michael Esposito, Director Associate Relations - Northern Division at The Home Depot; Andy Johnston, Global Marketing Director at Polymers and Specialty Chemicals; Luke Barbara, an alum from Fisher MBA who is also an entrepreneur working in Brazil), attendees have the chance to learn about the opportunity of rising emerging market. Speakers will first introduce the business environment in the emerging marking including China, India, and Latin America. Then speakers will specifically discuss the challenges in operation function and finance function while this new market is now facing with.
