Attendees will be staying at the Blackwell hotel. The hotel is on campus and is within easy walking distance of the conference site.
Reservations have already been made for all guests. The lodging fees for those who will share a double room will be paid in full by the NSF grant and Ohio State University. If a conference attendee has chosen to stay in a single room (subject to hotel availability), the guest must pay a partial room fee of $100/night. Checks can be made to: Ohio State University.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. Requests for early check in and late check out are based upon availability and may have an additional charge.
